In this issue, as part of our 20th anniversary celebration, we are pleased to honor the third editorial team that was responsible for Hypertension from 1989–1993. This month we recognize Drs Allyn L. Mark and Gerald F. DiBona, who served as Editors-in-Chief from 1989 to 1992 and 1992 to 1993, respectively, while they shared editorial responsibilities at the University of Iowa College of Medicine in Iowa City. We again emphasize that these papers are listed alphabetically according to the last name of the first author. These papers are as follows:

  1. Anderson EA, Mark AL. The vasodilator action of insulin: implications for the insulin hypothesis of hypertension. Hypertension. 1993;21:136–141.
  2. Baron AD, Brechtel-Hook G, Johnson A, Hardin D. Skeletal muscle blood flow: a possible . . . [Full Text of this Article]
