Correction

In the article by Chen et al in the February 2006 issue of Hypertension (Chen Y, Chen H, Hoffmann A, Cool DR, Diz DI, Chappell MC, Chen A, Morris M. Adenovirus-mediated small-interference RNA for in vivo silencing of angiotensin AT1a receptors in mouse brain. Hypertension 2006;47:230–237) the following errors occur. In the author list, Dr Chen’s name should appear as Alex F. Chen. In the Experimental Protocols section, the virus concentration for Ad-LacZ virus should be 1.9x1012 pfu/mL, and the virus concentration for Ad-AT1a-siRNA virus should be 2.3x1010 pfu/mL. In Table 2, the last entry under the Light column of Day 0 should be 567±20. The authors regret the errors.
