Correction

In a Hypertension article by Morishita et al (Morishita R, Aoki M, Hashiya N, Makino H, Yamasaki K, Azuma J, Sawa Y, Matsuda H, Kaneda Y, Ogihara T. Safety evaluation of clinical gene therapy using hepatocyte growth factor to treat peripheral arterial disease. Hypertension. 2004;44:203–209.) the following corrections have been made on page 206. In the Results section, the sentence now reads: "DSA of another patient with Buerger disease (No. 5) showed a marked increase in peripheral blood flow (Figure 3a and 3b)." The Figure 2 legend now reads: "Figure 2. Angiogram in patient No. 3. DSA from patient No. 3 with Buerger disease. An arrow indicates a newly observed vessel." The footnote "The Evaluation Committee did not evaluate this parameter as a significant end point." now appears in Table 3.

The authors regret the errors.
