Very interesting paper dealing with a topic of a major concern. The authors did not depict the percentage of fixed combinations used in their population. This information could be of importance for 2 reasons: first, more than the number of medications, it's the number of daily pill consumption that could be more related to nonadherence; and second, fixed combos could influence the analysis of nonadherence by therapeutic class: If fixed combinations including diuretics were widely used, this could overvalue the OR of diuretics in the prediction model of non-adherenceCompeting Interests: None declared.
